As with all forms of exercise, you must take one note before you start training... See a doctor and make sure you do not have any health problems. If you unfortunately do have one, you'll have to stop your training and wait until you have cured it. Otherwise, the training will hurt you badly and may even result in death. -The development of muscle and strength cannot be carried far without the intelligent use of the strength acquired...Strength without skill is incomplete. -One should not congest the blood in one area or one muscle group throughout the course of a workout, but rather keep it moving in and out of several muscled groups- at all times- during the work. As more oxygen is carried by the bloodstream in continuous quantities to the remotest areas where fat abides, more cutaneous fat is burned, allowing muscle definition to become visible. * Translation "Back & Bi's" and 'Chest and Tri's" single style of workouts are a complete waste of time. They do have value intertwined with a full body workout regime, but not as a sole training method. The more muscle groups you work the more oxygen will flow in the blood throughout your body.
